Return Policy

At The Sofa Haus, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. Each sofa is made with care at our factory in Foshan, and inspected before shipping.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely in the original wrapping and carton. Once received and inspected at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note:

• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

• Returns cannot be accepted if the product has been assembled, used, damaged, or altered in any way. Custom or special-order items are non-returnable unless defective upon arrival.
